Payment methods updated: NEW - AMEX, eps, iDEAL | REMOVED - Klarna

You now have additional payment options:

• AMEX credit card – now available for all customers
• eps online transfer – for our customers in Austria
• iDEAL online transfer – for our customers in the Netherlands

We’re happy to make payments even easier for you!

At the same time, we will be removing Klarna from our offering, as the existing SOFORT payment method will be discontinued on September 30, 2025, and integrated into Klarna Pay Now. Unlike SOFORT, which could be used without registration, Klarna Pay Now requires you, as the customer, to create a personal Klarna account — an extra step we have decided not to support.

However, a new European payment method is already in development, which will be directly integrated into your online banking. This could soon offer a convenient alternative to Klarna.

Until then, we kindly ask you to use one of the other available payment options.
