Discounts

We offer customers two forms of discounts:

1. Discount by charging a so-called service account (or credit account)
2. Volume discount

Discount levels

Regardless of the form of discount, there are two discount levels: 10% and 20%.

1. Service account (credit account)

The discount in relation to the "service account" offers a discount regardless of the purchase quantity and is based on the amount of the deposit. There are two different discount levels in this model:

For a deposit of at least 55 €, the discount level (savings) of 10% applies.

To maintain this discount level, a refill of at least 55 € is required.

For a deposit of at least €225, the 20% discount level applies.

To maintain this discount level, a refill of at least €55 is also required. 

2. Volume discount

When purchasing multiple items (in one purchase transaction), customers receive a staggered quantity discount in two levels.

• For a purchase quantity of 10 – 49 items, the discount level 10% applies.
• For a purchase quantity of more than 50 items, the discount level of 20% applies.

Good to know

• In the case of the "Service account", the discount is granted irrespective of the purchase quantity.
• In the case of a € 55 deposit, the prices for the 10% discount level apply regardless of whether one or more items have been purchased.
• However, if more than 50 items are purchased, a one-time additional quantity discount of discount level 20% automatically applies to the individual purchase.
• When purchasing, the prices at the checkout always apply. Incorrect calculations may occur in the shop or shopping basket if, for example, you are not yet registered or are at the end of a promotional period.
