If an error occurred during the download after the payment process or if you can no longer find titles that you have already purchased, this is not a problem.
Go to the personal area / my titles and check whether the titles can be seen there. If they are, add them to the download list. If the titles are not there, check whether you have a (higher) credit balance. In this case, add the titles to the shopping cart again.
Then open the download list or the shopping cart and complete the process.
If you use the shopping cart, you should not have to make a new deposit or payment. If this is the case, please contact us.
