New article details: Midi instrumentation

The list of programme changes used for each sound format offered can now be seen on the details page.

This information replaces the INF file, which we have no longer supplied since the website was redesigned in November 2022, as it only contained the GM instrumentation.

In addition, the time signature used is now also displayed.
