PSD2-compliant credit card payments

On 14 September 2019, the PSD2 will finally enter into force. This means that we have to use the 3D-Secure procedure with every credit card payment. So far, we have only used the procedure for new customers or large amounts.

As a user of our shop, please make sure that you have the necessary data (and/or devices) at hand when paying by credit card. Your card-issuing bank will certainly have informed you in good time.

Our payment service provider for credit card payments, BS PAYONE, has made the necessary technical adjustments and we have already implemented the transmission of the additional personal data that we now have to provide for each payment.

The following personal data will now also be transmitted to BS PAYONE for credit card payments:

• Your full name (previously only surname)
• Your e-mail address
• your address
• Your phone number
• Your IP address

Without these data no credit card payment is possible. This is compliant with the EU directive. BS PAYONE is PCI-DSS certified.
